My Requirements

I’m looking for a kind, reliable babysitter to help with my three-year-old daughter for one to two shifts per week.
The most important upcoming date is Sunday 23rd November, when I’ll need someone to spend the evening with her and help with bedtime alongside a family member. If you’re available to stay overnight, that would be ideal — though I’m most focused on finding the right person.
Before that date, it would be great to arrange one or two short sessions (with or without me present) so my daughter can get comfortable with you.
After the 23rd, I’d love ongoing help once or twice a week — daytime or evening depending on our schedule. We don’t have fixed days, so there’s some flexibility, and the role could develop into a part-time nanny position over time.
I’d especially like someone who can actively engage with my daughter and help nurture her curiosity. She’s currently interested in learning to read and loves colouring, painting, and creative play. I prefer not to have anyone using their phone frequently around her — real interaction and presence are important to us.
