About Me
Here at Little Ducklings Daycare, your children will be looked after like our own.
We offer a homely environment where children in my care will learn and develop through play, whilst following the Welsh foundation phase.
We explore the local amenities everyday. We visit play groups, parks, libraries and soft plays and always have activities running at home. We encourage creative activities, where children can use their imagination, such as: arts and craft, baking, music and outdoor play.
We have a lovely garden with lots of outdoor play including playhouse, sandpit, climbing frame, swings, slide, water play, veg/plants growing, scooters, mud kitchen, cars etc.
My Experience
I am a mother of two primary school aged children and have been childminding since 2021.
All my training is up to date and I was recently inspected by CIW (May 24).
My Qualifications
I have up to date training in:
Level 3 Peadiatric First Aid
Group A, B & C Safeguarding
Level 2 Food Safety for catering
My Availability
I have some availability during the week right now. However, there will be more vacancies available September 2025.
My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
My full date rate is £55. I charge £10 for morning or after school clubs (breakfast or snacks included).
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Lakeside Primary School
My Documents
- Care Inspectorate Wales Certificate (added 17/09/2024)
