My Experience

I am a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator with over 10 years of experience working with children from babies through to school age.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience in a variety of childcare roles, including working as a nanny, where I provided children with attentive, personalised care and supported their learning and development through everyday activities and play.

I have experience caring for babies and young children, including supporting routines such as feeding, sleep, toileting and personal care, as well as planning age-appropriate activities to encourage children’s development and independence.
As a registered childminder, I continue to develop my knowledge and skills to ensure I provide high-quality care that supports children’s wellbeing, learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

As a registered childminder, I am committed to keeping my knowledge and training up to date and regularly undertake additional training to support the children in my care and ensure I continue to meet the requirements of the EYFS.

I am passionate about continuing my professional development and developing my knowledge so that I can provide the highest standard of care and learning opportunities for the children I look after.

My Availability

I am currently welcoming enquiries for childcare places at Marnie & Me Childminding in the Chelmsford and Galleywood area.

I offer childcare Monday to Friday, with both full-time and part-time places considered depending on availability.

As I am a new setting, I currently have a range of availability and am happy to discuss different days and hours to find an arrangement that works for both your family and my setting.

I welcome both private fee-paying and eligible funded childcare places.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Childminding from £7.00 per hour

My childcare fee is £7.00 per hour per child.

I also charge a £2.00 daily consumables fee, which helps cover items such as breakfast, snacks, activities, craft materials and other resources provided throughout the day.

Breakfast is provided, with options such as cereal, toast and fruit. Parents are asked to provide a packed lunch for their child.

I accept eligible funded childcare places, including funded hours for eligible 9-month-olds, 2-year-olds, 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds. Funding arrangements will be discussed with parents individually, as the amount of funded childcare available depends on eligibility and the agreed hours and days.
