Hi :) My name is Caitlin. I have always had an innate passion for working alongside children and embarked on a Level 3 Childcare course in which I recently achieved my qualification. I am currently at university undergoing teacher training.
During my qualification, I gained 2 years experience working alongside a multitude of age ranges and diverse needs which has equipped me with competence. My experience entails working in a Montessori Nursery and a Catholic Primary School. I also have provided 1-1 intervention for children with additional needs. I have a broad knowledge on supporting children's developmental needs and am capable in integrating this when supervising children. I love planning an assortment of activities for children to explore and encouraging them to foster a sense of independence.
