About Me
I am a very caring, nurturing and kind person. I enjoy caring for children and giving them a friend to keep them safe and occupied while guardians are busy.
I currently work as a nursery nurse in a setting but on my days off I offer my assistance to families who may need me to take the child/ children out to do household chores or me to sit in with the child/children while the family have a break or need to work.
I thoroughly enjoy my job as a nursery nurse and I take pleasure in babysitting in my free time.I see them both as very rewarding and fulfilling! I can adapt to the child’s individual needs with age, in my job I am based with 18-30 month old children but I have experience with 6week-8years. I enjoy learning just as much as I do teaching, I am maintaining basic Welsh in my everyday activities and using basic sign language. I am currently learning more Welsh and Sign to help enhance my abilities.
My days off are weekends and one day in the week which varies week to week but with notice I request a day off to help. I am a qualified nursery nurse and babysitter, I am not a registered childminder (awaiting application)
My Experience
I have worked in my setting for 3 years, started as an apprentice nursery nurse which lead to me qualifying my level 2 & 3.
My work place have provided all the training I have to help me gain more experience. I have been babysitting for 2 years in my free time.
In my setting I work with children aged between 18-30months.
I have overall experience with children aged 6weeks- 8years old and up
My Qualifications
Level 2 childcare qualified
Level 3 childcare qualified
Safeguarding trained
Paediatric first aid trained
Speech, language & communciation trained
My Availability
My work rota is done every week for the following work week.
I am free weekends and one day during the week, with notice I can request a specific day off.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nursery work from £12.71 per hour
