Looking for someone who's a good with children with additional needs and can be a caring and lovely person.
Monday to Friday possible before school and dropping daughter to school
After school collecting my daughter and being there for my son who gets transport to school and looking after them until 5 ish.

Ella contacted me regarding the possibility of caring for my son, who has autism. After discussing my requirements over the phone, she agreed to meet us on Saturday. However, she did not show up, did not respond to my messages, and did not provide any explanation for her absence. As a parent of a child with autism, consistency is crucial, and I believe Ella lacked the necessary understanding and maturity in this regard. I was disappointed by her unresponsiveness over the weekend. I would not recommend her due to her unreliability.

Hi Gemma,
I had rang you and explained that I was not able to attend ans you told me that was okay.
There must of been some miscommunication somewhere but I never agreed to babysit for you and explained it was because of how far away you lived, sorry if there was a misunderstanding.
