My Experience

Over the last 5 years of hands-on experience in early childhood education settings such as in nurseries and when babysitting I have worked closely with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, supporting their developmental milestones in a nurturing and safe environment. During this time I have gained experience observing and assessing children’s individual needs and developmental stages to tailor care and learning appropriately. As well as this I have built strong, trusting relationships with children and families, provided responsive care that supports emotional well-being, encourages independence, and fosters curiosity.
