My Experience

I worked at a tutoring company called Kumon for almost two years in my home city of Liverpool, and I had lots of one to one experience with children aged between 4 and 9 with varying degrees of skill set.
In my sixth form, I helped run board game club for years 7-11 and I was in a programme called paired reading which meant I was paired up with year 7 pupils a few times a week and we would work on improving their reading and understanding of the books they had chosen to read.
I also taught a small class of year 7 during an event called the drama festival at my old secondary school for a week which lead to those pupils putting on a performance with the rest of their year group.

My Qualifications

I have a DBS qualification with the Kumon centre that I worked with and I am happy to provide a reference from the centre manage if you need any further reassurance.

My Availability

I am generally available every Wednesday and Friday and also Saturdays, but I may have a few study sessions every now and then.
