My Experience

I’ve been babysitting for over a year and have loved every moment of it. I first worked as a private nanny for a family with a 4-year-old boy and a 6-year-old girl, where I also helped with animal care.

Since then, I’ve worked with around six different families, supporting them whenever needed. My responsibilities have included taking children on walks, playing and engaging in creative activities, babysitting during the day or evenings, and helping with homework. The children I’ve cared for have ranged in age from 2 to 11 years old.

Alongside babysitting, I worked as a summer camp leader from 2022 to 2024, leading a group of 7–11-year-olds. This role helped me develop strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills, and I’ve been DBS checked multiple times.

I’ve also completed the Prue Leiths Cookery Course, which has given me confidence in preparing healthy and tasty meals for children.

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

Daytime - £14 p/h
Evening - £10 p/h
