About Me
Hi, my name is Lydia and I am currently a student at the University of Bath! I have a passion for childcare and the importance of development for children. I have previous experience of 5 years of childcare for children of newborn age to 15 years old, including cooking, cleaning, bedtime and also general daytime activities. I have this experience in the capacity of 3 years of 1 to 1 childcare experience and 2 years of experience in children’s holiday clubs and schools. Amongst this, I have worked with children with special educational needs. I really love working with children and enjoy building a strong rapport to becoming a supportive figure in their growth. I have a full driving license and my own car so am flexible on picking up and dropping children to nursery or school. I love outdoor activities and busy activities like arts and crafts which I would love to incorporate in my work looking after children. I also hold: an advanced DBS check and Safeguarding level 2 Qualification.
