We hired Vanessa as a night nanny for a couple of weeks after being discharged from hospital following our daughter’s stay in ICU and her diagnosis of epilepsy at just five weeks old.
She was warm, calm, and deeply kind, while also being highly professional, communicative, and flexible to our needs. She took the time to truly understand our daughter, her medical background, and our routines, and it was clear how safe and comfortable our daughter was with her. She was clean, tidy and respectful of our home too.
Vanessa gave us invaluable peace of mind. Knowing our daughter was in such capable hands allowed us to rest properly for the first time. She followed our night-time routines with care while also offering thoughtful suggestions that genuinely helped improve feeding and sleep. We learnt so much from her.
We trust Vanessa completely and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family, especially those navigating complex or challenging circumstances.
