About Me

Hello,
My name is Kathryn and I am a Registered Childminder with an Ofsted approved Childminder Agency (SCA) I am based in Bexleyheath (DA7) I am a TERM TIME ONLY childminder.
I live at home with husband and my nearly 5 year old daughter Florence, we also have dog he is a Toy/Miniature Poodle called Parker :)

I am kind, patient and caring and love working with children in early years.
Little Acorns Childminding Bexleyheath has been open since February 2025 and has been the best few months! The children are really thriving and I love watching them grow in confidence each day!

My Experience

I have worked in childcare for 18 years as a baby unit supervisor and then moved onto be a sole charge nanny for 11 years.

I love watching children grow and develop and achieve there full potential.

I love to do creative activities and it is so important for me for the children in my care to get outside at least once a day.
Children thrive when outside and it’s so important they have an indoor outdoor setting.
I love the creativity of setting up activities that the children love and really enjoy but they also encourage learning and development.
We do lots of trips out to various locations such as;
Trips to the Woods, Park, Library, Garden Centres, Farms, Eltham Palace, Play Groups, Music Groups and Soft Plays.
