About Me
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic person to spend time with our daughter, during the school summer holidays. She is nearly 12.
Lola is a bright and engaging child with ADHD who enjoys keeping active and having fun. We are looking for someone who is patient, positive, and confident supporting children who may need a little extra encouragement with focus, routine, and activities. She loves dancing, gymnastics and music. She does struggle with big changes and does well with direction.
There are just three of us in the house and our two cats :)
My Requirements
**Hours:**
Summer Holiday Cover
* Every Thursdays in the summer holidays apart form the 13th August **10:00am–3:00pm**
* Plus **two Saturdays** during the holiday period (dates and times to be agreed)and some tester days before the holidays to get to know Lola.
Lola has preferred someone between 18-24 as her previous nanny was this age and she bonded really well and has asked this when posting this advert.
**The role will involve:**
* Keeping Lola company and engaged in activities
* Encouraging play, creative activities, or local outings, rather than just electronics.
* Providing a safe, supportive, and enjoyable environment
* Helping maintain a relaxed routine throughout the day
* Provide meals in the time you have her.
**We're looking for someone who is:**
* Caring, dependable, and enthusiastic
* Experienced with children (experience with ADHD is a bonus but not essential)
* Able to build a positive and trusting relationship with Lola
* DBS checked (preferred)
Scope for more hours in different holidays and maybe every other Fridays depending when free etc for availability.
