About Me

Hello! Are are the Hayes family. Our little family consists of the three of us - Georgia, Charlie and our son Albert. We are living in the north Shropshire countryside with family whilst we wait for the conveyancing on our new house. Albert is 2 and a half and a very happy, funny, active and sweet little boy. I run my own catering business and Charlie works full time so we are looking for someone to take care of Albert on Fridays with a view to more days as we go. I have experience working in private households, as well as having had nannies and au pairs as a child so I am familiar with how it all works and how important it is to find someone who aligns with our values and personalities that Albert enjoys being with.
Our previous - AMAZING - nanny has moved away so we are looking to find someone new for the role. We’ve had a nanny for Albert since he was 7 months.
We are looking for someone who is flexible with hours, keen to take part and lead in a variety of activities and is happy to help around the house where appropriate ie. a quick tidy during naptime, putting some of Albert's laundry on/putting away etc.
The ideal person will be active, interested in quality food and cooking, personable, reliable, fair and balanced in discipline. We would prefer someone with experience of young babies as our family grows. Our long term view is to find a nanny that we can integrate into our family to grow with us as we look towards future children - we are looking for a long term solution rather than short term relationships.
DBS check would be good but not essential.
