It’s hard to put into words how much Aliya means to our family. She joined us almost a year ago when I was returning to work after maternity leave, and she made what felt like an overwhelming transition so much easier. Within just a few days, I knew my daughter was in safe, loving hands.

From the very beginning, Aliya built a wonderful bond with my baby. She was incredibly patient during the early days when my baby constantly looked for me, and she always found creative ways to engage, comfort, and teach her. Every day, my daughter seems to learn something new, and it’s clear how much love and effort Aliya puts into helping her grow.

What makes Aliya truly special is that she goes far beyond her role. Whether it’s creating fun activities, taking my baby on little adventures, helping around the house, or simply being there to support me as a working mum, she always gives more than anyone could ask for.

Over the past year, Aliya has become so much more than our nanny—she has become a trusted friend and part of our family. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for us, and we honestly can’t imagine our lives without her.
