A Loving and Trustworthy Childminder

Leaving your baby at just one month old is something no mother ever feels ready for, but going back to full-time university meant I had to make that difficult decision. From the very beginning, Gelly made it so much easier than I ever imagined.

She was incredibly kind, gentle, and attentive with my baby, treating her with so much love and care. What meant the most to me was how she constantly reassured me—sending photos and updates throughout the day, which truly put my heart at ease.

My baby absolutely adored her, and it was so comforting to see how happy and settled she was every time I picked her up. Gelly also supported me as a new mum, giving me helpful advice when my baby was struggling with colic, which made a huge difference during those early months.

I never once felt anxious or stressed leaving my baby with her, even at such a young age. Gelly is genuinely trustworthy, caring, and dedicated, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She has been such an important part of our journey, and I’m so grateful for everything she has done for us.. we will never forget these days specially with our Sophie the giraffe ❤️❤️

Wonderful, caring support when we needed it most

We were in a situation where we urgently needed childcare for a few weeks, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found Zhivjanka. From the very first day, she was warm, calm and reassuring - exactly what both a young child and parents need.

In fact, there was hardly any settling-in period at all. From day one, our one-year-old son ate really well, slept well, and seemed completely comfortable - as if he had always been there. He was consistently happy, relaxed and content when we dropped him off and picked him up, which gave us real peace of mind.

Zhivjanka looked after our son over a three-week period and created a lovely, home-from-home environment. She was extremely attentive to his needs, and the food she prepared was always varied, nutritious and clearly very tasty - he ate everything with great enthusiasm. She also offered a lovely range of age-appropriate activities that clearly engaged him and supported his development.

Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt informed and supported. As a parent, what mattered most to me was knowing that my child was genuinely cared for, not just supervised - and that is exactly what we experienced.

We would not hesitate to recommend Zhivjanka to other families, and should our circumstances change in the future, we would absolutely love to return. Overall, the care she provided was truly outstanding, thank you!
