Hi, I’m Anya, I’m 21 years old and I have just finished my final year studying Childhood and Youth Studies with The Open University. I am very friendly, creative, and hands on when it comes to caring for children. I am able to create activities, ensuring they are age appropriate and suitable for the individual children, eliminating risks before they arise. I am happy to help with meal preparation and cooking, as well cleaning and housework in the children’s areas. I am also happy to help with any homework. I hold a full UK drivers license and I am very flexible with hours, having availability most days.

My Experience
I have over 10 years experience working with children, and I have worked and volunteered in many different childcare environments. I have been an assistant dance teacher for the past 13 years working with children aged 1-14 and although I am currently taking a break from this, it has given me a a vast amount of experience and knowledge. I have also volunteered in a primary school for the past few years, helping with the younger children and with the before and after school club. This included working with children with SEN. As well as this, I have babysat for a few different families. This included looking after up to 5 children at a time, meal preparation and cooking, helping with homework, and organising fun, appropriate activities.
