Lily helped us with childcare over the summer holidays, looking after our 8 year old son, who has special needs.

Lily was great at keeping him entertained, coming up with ideas of places to take him out and also to keep him busy at home. Her teaching experience was evident in the way she recognised when he needed some quiet time and was able to get him to sit and read with her and engage in other quiet activities.

She was confident in communicating with our son who has limited speech, and we were comfortable leaving him in her capable hands from the outset.

Lily has a calm, patient and caring approach, our son loved his time with her and she was a pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely be keeping in touch.
