Hello! We're a warm, easy-going family in Northwood, HA6, a few minutes from the Metropolitan line. We have a lovely, chatty 2.5-year-old, and our second baby is due late September 2026, so our home is about to get a good deal busier. We're calm, respectful and appreciative employers, and we'd love to find someone kind, reliable and good-humoured who enjoys being part of family life.
My Requirements
We're looking for a mother's help and/or a maternity nurse / night nanny - either one person covering both, or two separate people, whichever works best.
Role: live-out, coming to us in Northwood (HA6), easy to reach on the Metropolitan line or by car.
Start: late September / October 2026, around the arrival of our new baby.
Hours: weekday daytime help with our toddler, the baby and light nursery duties, plus overnight newborn support if you offer nights.
What matters most: experience with newborns and toddlers, a calm and caring approach, references and an up-to-date DBS.
Rate: to be discussed - we're happy to agree something fair for the right person.
