Flexible Part time Nanny Needed (Chelmsford): We are seeking a reliable, highly flexible nanny for an alternating schedule that adapts to a changing work rota (dates will be provided as soon as they are released). The schedule always requires Weeks 1 & 3 to have 3 days (1 full day + 2 split days) and Weeks 2 & 4 to have 1 day (1 full day). Shifts are either Full Days (7am – 9pm) caring for a 4-year-old all day (plus an 8-year-old before/after school), or Split Shifts (7am – 9am & 3pm – 9pm) covering morning school/nursery drop-offs and after-school care. No cooking is required, and the parent handles bedtime. Experience and Enhanced DBS required
