My Experience
Hi my name is Nargis. I am 32 years old and i have 12 of experience in childcare.I first experinced working with chidren as a student in a primary school. I successfully completed my work experience placement and the school was really pleased they kept me on as a teaching assistant on a voluntary basis.
In 2007 i got my first sole charge nanny job where i looked after a playful and active three year old boy in Hampton. My responsibilites in this job was to provide fun and stimulating activties, orgainze playdates, prepare fresh meals, and to attend the child every needs. I was in this role for three years when unfortunately the job came to a end when family decided to move out of the area.
My second sole charge nanny job came to me in 2010 for a lovely family of four. The children i looked after was three,four,eight and the new addtion of the baby in 2011. My responaibilites in this job included the morning and afternoon pick up,prepare fresh meals,assisting with homework, washing, cleaning the house, takeing the children to ballet, swimming and often did babysitting and overnight stay. Sadly this came to a end in 2012 because mum no longer needed me on full time basis.
In 2012 i got a job as nursery nurse in Teddies Bright Horizens. I was in charge of looking children ages from two and a half to four and also had experience working with babies. During this time i was able to gain my Level 2 Certificiate in Children and Young Workforce. I feel it now time for a change and am looking for a fun loveing family to start nannying for. In 2013 I got my third nanny role. This was for a 14 months boy in Putney. My responsibilities in this job included organizing play dates, preparing fresh meals, planning daily activities, potty training, cleaning the house, organizing outings and giving the child a bath. In 2015 I got my fourth nanny role. When I started the role I looked after a Girl who was 6month and a 3 year old Boy. My responsibilities in this job included organizing play dates, taking the kids to clubs, preparing fresh meals, doing the laundry, cleaning, doing the nursery drop off, changing nappy, potty training, planning daily activities, and helping with bath time. I was in this role for four years, sadly this came to a end when the girl went to school. In 2019 I got my fifth nanny job with a lovely family in clapham, looking after two girls aged 3 and 7. My responsibilities in this role included nursery and school drop off and pick up, preparing fresh meals, helping with homework, organizing play dates, doing the kids laundry, ensuring the kids rooms are clean, changing the bedding, planning fun activities and taking the girls to clubs . I am currently still in this job role and from September I’m looking for a morning role so I can continue to stay with my nanny family.

Nargis has taken care of my two daughters for the last 8 months, she has a natural ability with children, my daughters took to her immediately. She takes care to make sure they get a healthy balance of activity, developmental and social play, as well as rest.
She is confident with children and always come up with fun ways for them to spend the day. She is reliable, extremely caring and has been a positive influence in their young lives. I highly recommend her.

She looked after our 2 sons 9mths & 2 years for 3 months when we first moved to Wimbledon and we cannot fault her. She’s caring, kind and has a natural way with children. Both boys took to her immediately and were very fond of her and I trusted her completely. She’s also incredibly proactive doing more than she needs or Was expected to do around the house when the boys were sleeping. She’s a great cook and always making good suggestions for what to make and even helps pick up ingredients if needed. We are very sorry to see her go and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Nargis has worked for us since September 2019, caring for our daughters who were 3 and 7 when she joined us. We're hoping she can find a role to supplement the hours when our youngest starts school in September 2020. Nargis has been fantastic with the girls, quickly building a great relationship, looking after them very well, arranging classes and playdates. Nargis is super caring and very proactive, taking the girls for days out in the holidays and pre-empting when we're running low on things and always happy to help by picking them up. A great balance of empathy and boundaries, and fun and safety consciousness.
I can't recommend Nargis highly enough, any family would be very lucky to have her help.

Nargis has been with us for over three years. She is loved by the kids and has become a member of the family. She always thinks of fun things to do and is always arranging play dates for the kids. She makes them healthy meals and keeps them safe and happy. She draws, bakes and plays games with the kids as well as taking them to their various activities. My youngest was six months when Nargis started and she helped wean and potty train her. She also helped my eldest through starting school and she made sure that he had plenty of play dates.
She is a massive help to me and the house is always spotlessly tidy, Nargis will always tell me if we are running low on anything in the house and she will always help in picking things up. Nargis babysits for us and a lot of our friends as they have met her through play dates.
She is very kind and caring with a good work ethic. And we all love having her around

Overall
Nargis has looked after my little boy for 2 years (he is now 3) and I can honestly say she has been the best nanny ever. She is kind, caring, utterly trustworthy, always going the extra mile and very competent.
My son has thrived under her care and they have made loads of friends in the area, so are always off on adventures to museums, local attractions, parks and playdates. Nargis is very proactive at finding free classes and events in the area and organising other mums and nannies to go to. She has been a real support to me and my family and whoever she chooses to work with next can rest assured that their children will be in wonderful hands.
