SEN Nanny / Personal Assistant – Disley
I am looking for a kind, reliable SEN nanny/PA to support my lovely 7-year-old daughter.
She has PURA syndrome and is non-verbal with learning disabilities. She is not yet walking but is a great little crawler and enjoys play, interaction and sensory toys.
The role would involve:
• Playing with her and keeping her engaged and entertained
• Supervising her safely
• Helping with feeding at lunchtime
• General support so mum can run errands or take her older brother to activities
Hours:
Approx. 3 hours per week on a Saturday or Sunday, plus an additional 3 hours during school holidays (flexible). Possibility of occasional evenings too.
Location: Disley
Pay: £16.21 per hour via Direct Payment.
DBS required and the role must be on a self-employed basis.
SEN experience preferred, but the most important qualities are kindness, patience and reliability.
This role may suit someone with experience in SEN support, a teaching assistant, support worker, student in childcare/healthcare, or someone looking for a few additional flexible hours.
