About Me
Family of four living in the centre of Oxford. 2yr old and 9mth baby. Dad works full time out of the house, mum works 2 days a week from home.
My Requirements
Need help from the middle of January.
Need 2 days a week mothers helper willing to help around the house with childcare and basic housekeeping and also join mum and the children in the car for shopping etc. ( with mum driving). The children have swimming lessons in steventon so we need someone who's prepared to come to the lessons with us ( in the car) and help with getting the children changed before and after their lesson and sit poolside during the lesson.
Ideally Wednesday and Thursday 8am to 5pm.

Tomi helped us out one night a week from when my husband went back to work for about 2 months. She was very flexible and once we'd worked out what was the best routine for us it made all the difference. I unexpectedly struggled with postnatal depression and Tomi was able to step in and do several nights in a row for us at one point to allow the crisis to abate and both my husband and I to get more sleep. We are very grateful for all her help. It was truly wonderful to have someone who could come in to help with out being intrusive.
Overall-
Communication
Tash has been wonderful with our 18-month-old son. She engages him well on his terms and he is always excited when he knows she is coming.
She has also been a very reassuring presence making both us and our son feel comfortable to go out of the house with her and try new places (e.g. rhyme time at the library).
