Part Time Nanny wanted for busy family with 2 children - Burcot
About Me
Family of four about to move from the centre of Oxford to Burcot. 3 yr old boy and 16 mth old girl. Dad works full time mainly out of the house, often from home on Thursdays, mum works 2 days a week from home.
My Requirements
Nanny for two days a week 9am-5pm, sole charge starting in September. Ideally OFSTED registered, but not a deal breaker.
Our son is at preschool at Emmanuel Christian School in Littlemore. From September he will be doing full days Tues and Thurs (pick up 3pm). The job is looking after our daughter all day as well as our son after school. Full day with both children during school holidays. Pick-up can be done by a parent/grandparent if necessary.
Both children are fun and energetic and benefit from activities and time outside.

Tomi helped us out one night a week from when my husband went back to work for about 2 months. She was very flexible and once we'd worked out what was the best routine for us it made all the difference. I unexpectedly struggled with postnatal depression and Tomi was able to step in and do several nights in a row for us at one point to allow the crisis to abate and both my husband and I to get more sleep. We are very grateful for all her help. It was truly wonderful to have someone who could come in to help with out being intrusive.

Communication
Tash has been wonderful with our 18-month-old son. She engages him well on his terms and he is always excited when he knows she is coming.
She has also been a very reassuring presence making both us and our son feel comfortable to go out of the house with her and try new places (e.g. rhyme time at the library).
