About Me
We are a family of three—my husband, our baby daughter, and myself. I am from Lithuania and speak Lithuanian/Russian, while my partner is Romanian. English is our main language at home. We are both working professionals who often work from home. We are seeking childcare starting in Feb 2025.
My Requirements
We are seeking an Ofsted-registered childminder with a clear DBS check for our 13-month-old baby girl. Our home is in Hornchurch.
Starting from 1st Feb 2025, we will need childcare 3 days a week (Monday to Wednesday) from around 8 am to 4 pm.
We are looking for someone engaging, fun, and reliable to actively support our baby's development, not just provide supervision. Must be house based rather than apartment.
Our baby was born in November 2023 and has a strong sense of independence, preferring to do things her own way. We are practicing baby-led weaning. It is crucial for her to be constantly engaged in learning new things through developmental activities, play, and conversation.
We speak English, Romanian, Lithuanian, and Russian; proficiency in any of these languages is a plus.
