About Me

This is a considered, long-term position for a nanny who values quality engagement, emotional connection, and structured early childhood development within a home-based family environment. We are not seeking a “mother’s help” style role, but a confident, experienced professional who can take ownership of their time with the children while working in partnership with a present parent.

Our family:

Our son, Ewan is 2 and Evelyn who is a baby. We have three pets- two main coons (Cleo and Maverick) and a cocker spaniel (Clover).

We like spending our weekends going swimming with Ewan and spending family time together.

Ewan:

Ewan is a fantastic eater due to baby led weaning and he sleeps from 7-7 every night and has done since he was 8 weeks old. We do gentle parenting (not to be confused with passive parenting!) and intend to raise Ewan with a sense of responsibility. When older he will be doing age appropriate chores towards pocket money, and learning manners. We are also passionate about teaching him about bodily autonomy and consent, and being kind to others. He has taken to being a big brother brilliantly.

We are screen free and at no point is Ewan allowed any devices and TV is used as a last resort. We encourage independent play. He loves playing outside!

During maternity leave he went to baby sensory, baby massage, baby yoga and active bears. He currently goes to nursery 3 days a week (Wed-Fri)

Evelyn

Newborn- but currently a great sleeper and eater, but we know how easily that can change. She has been signed up to baby yoga and baby sensory which she will be starting in due course.

We are going through a transition of having two children and I am taking a career break. My partner works away a lot- whether this be in London or abroad, so I do a lot of solo parenting with both children. We do not have family nearby so need support to help with childcare.
