My Experience

I am a caring, patient and responsible individual with experience working in a school environment, supporting children with a range of needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges.

Through my work in education and running a cadet unit, I have developed strong communication, leadership and organisational skills, along with the ability to create a safe, positive and supportive environment for young people.

I understand that every child is different, and I believe in treating every child with kindness, patience and respect while encouraging their confidence, independence and development.

I am reliable, approachable and committed to ensuring children feel safe, comfortable and happy in my care. I understand how important it is for parents to have peace of mind when choosing someone to look after their children, and I would always aim to provide a trustworthy and caring service tailored to each family's needs.
