About Me

Hello, I’m a mature, responsible, reliable, and cheerful childcare provider with a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.

I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in a school, specialising in Early Years, where I support young children in learning new skills and building confidence. I also have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), which has helped me develop patience, understanding, and the ability to adapt to each child’s individual needs. Alongside this, I have experience as a nanny for a family and have provided babysitting for children of various ages.

As a parent of two myself, I understand how important it is to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. I enjoy caring for children, helping them learn and explore new interests.

I regularly complete online courses to keep my knowledge up to date and continue developing both personally and professionally. I am Paediatric Frist Aid trained and have completed Level 1 & 2 training in Makaton.

When caring for children, I like to plan a mix of fun and educational activities. I strongly believe that play is essential, especially in the early years, and I aim to create experiences that support learning through play.
