About Me
My husband James and I met as expats in Shanghai, China. We are an international couple (myself American, him British) and both work as consultants in London. Our daughter, baby Aria, is a happy little bundle of joy. She really thrives on a schedule, and is pretty smiley and chill as long as she gets her needs met.
The family we are doing a nanny share with live 5-minutes away. The other couple (both Brits) are parents of adorable baby boy Patrick, who is just 1-month older than Aria, making them the perfect duo for a nanny share (same eating habits, nap schedule, etc.)
My Requirements
We are looking for a Nanny two look after babies age 9-months starting in March 2024, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
1. MONTESSORI TRAINED - This education style and nurturing of their independence is very important to us
2. BILINGUAL- We'd like the nanny to communicate with the babies in his/her native language (preferably Mandarin or French but open to any language)
3. LOCAL TO BATTERSEA - Within 2miles
4. GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND - We are hoping for a star nanny who can do the meal planning, shopping and prepping, that proactively organises fun activities for the children each day outside of the house, etc.
5. AND - A nice to have is Ofsted registered but not a deal breaker if it is the right fit.
