About Me
Hi we are a family run business called Little Bumbles Childminders who operate in the Fenny Stratford / Bletchley area in Milton Keynes.
My name is Keris Judd and alongside me is my sister Ria Judd . We are both Ofsted registered and have a strong passion for loving and caring for children. My sister Ria is a single mum who has raised 4 children by herself . We believe that nurturing children from a young age is essential in order to give them strong moral values that they will carry for the rest of their lives.
I live in a large 3 bedroom house (accompanied by one friendly cat :-) and two rabbits) with a huge garden that is fully equipped for fun and learning.We will go out to local parks, walks (feed ducks), libraries etc.
We are also knowledgable enough to care for multi-faith children.
My Experience
As well as Ria raising 4 lovely children herself. Me and Ria are both fully qualified to work with children of all ages. Ria has a NVQ level 3 in Childcare and 6 years of working in a nursery setting and myself has a Level 3 NCFE CACHE in home based childminding. I regularly look after Ria’s children by herself and have natural aptitude to care and be responsible for many children at any one time.
My Qualifications

Paediatric first aid - Ria and Keris
Safeguarding - Ria and Keris (Refreshed October 2024)
DBS checked - Everyone in the house over 16 years old which is myself,Ria and my two older children.
We fully intend to continue my professional development by undertaking all training and development courses available to me throughout my profession.
My Availability
Monday to Friday 8am until 5:30pm but if you need outside these hours we can discuss that as we can be flexible :-)

Wanted a home from home for my boy as he was only 9 months when I was returning back to work. Whilst searching for the right place , both Ria and Keris allowed multiple visits and answered all question I had. Since starting Ronny has loved it , the themed play and activities and amount of toys they have on offer would entice any child. Both ladies go that extra mile not only for the children but help accommodate any last minute changes or extra hours if they can. It really is the home from home I was looking for and it shows from being a family run venture.

My son has been attending little bumbles since jan 2025 and he has come such a long way in his speech and development thanks to the help of keris and ria! He absolutely loves to go and is so happy both before and after attending so much so I can’t wait to send my other son when I return to work. If you’re looking for a childminder who is friendly, understanding and beyond helpful this is it! I can’t help but feel at ease with the care and support we receive!

Amazing, these lovely ladies are great, my daughter settled in so quickly and felt happy and safe in their home. The activities played, crafts made are all so wonderful. The communication and photos while I’m at work is lovely to receive too. Highly recommend these guys.
So happy we chose them.

As a first time parent I was so worried about sending my little boy to a childminder. But Ria and Keris are amazing! They settle him so quickly and the activity’s he does while there are great, very engaging - I also love that fact that they know he loves messy play so there are lots of activity around things he likes! His speech has come on so much while being at little bumbles too now making lots more animal noises than before! Thank you ladies!
