My Experience

I have had the privilege of growing up in an environment where fostering was a central part of our family life. My mother worked as a foster caregiver, and from a young age, I was actively involved in caring for and supporting children of various ages and backgrounds. This hands-on experience has provided me with a deep understanding of child development, emotional support, and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment. I've developed strong skills in managing children's needs, building positive relationships, and ensuring that each child feels valued, respected, and cared for. My upbringing has instilled in me a natural empathy, patience, and adaptability, all of which are vital in providing exceptional childcare.

My Qualifications

I hold a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check, ensuring that I am fully vetted and trusted to work with children. Having grown up with foster children from diverse backgrounds, I’ve gained invaluable firsthand experience in supporting children with different needs, temperaments, and life experiences. I believe that practical, real-world experience is the most powerful form of knowledge in childcare, as it teaches you to adapt, be compassionate, and respond effectively to a variety of situations. This exposure has helped me develop a deep understanding of child development, emotional well-being, and the importance of creating inclusive, nurturing environments.

My Availability

Preferably- anytime after 9am and live out role however this can be discussed as this is not a requirement.

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
