About Me

Welcome to Happy Hands!

Hi, I'm Lana, and I run Happy Hands, a childminding setting registered through a childminding agency which is regulated by Ofsted.

I live in the Packmoor area with my partner and our two children. As a family, we love spending time outdoors on nature walks and getting creative through arts and crafts. I became a childminder because I am passionate about play-based learning and providing a nurturing environment where little minds can flourish.

At Happy Hands, I provide a warm, safe, and welcoming home-from-home environment where children feel happy, secure, and valued. I believe the early years are the foundation for lifelong learning, so I strive to create exciting opportunities for every child to learn, grow, and develop at their own pace.

Our child-led setting encourages curiosity, independence, and confidence through play both indoors and outdoors. We also have a lovely, fully enclosed outdoor space where little ones can explore, discover, and enjoy the benefits of outdoor learning.

I have experience working in schools, nurseries, and children's centres, supporting children and young people across a range of ages, from nursery through to secondary school.
I am committed to continuous professional development and regularly update my training and knowledge to ensure I provide the highest standard of support and care.

•Cache Level 3 Diploma Childcare and Education
•Level 2 Teaching Assistant
•Autism Spectrum Disorder Awareness: Understanding & Supporting individuals with ASD
•Paediatric First Aid

My Availability

I offer childcare during term time only.

My current availability is:
Monday: 8:00 am - 2:00 pm
Wednesday amd Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
