I have a experience of 2 years as a Mental Health head and as a HR head in a social work organisation. I led initiatives focused on supporting the mental well-being of clients and the community, which would have involved program development, counseling, and possibly crisis intervention. As a HR head, have managed recruitment, training, and staff support with a strong focus on aligning personnel management with the organization’s mission.
My Qualifications
I did my undergraduate in psychology and Currently pursuing Masters in psychology.
My Availability
I am available throughout the weekend (Friday to Sunday) and also from the afternoon to night during the weekdays.
