My Experience
I have a warm and caring approach to childcare, with over 15 years of experience working in different settings like nurseries, schools, homes, and children’s centres. I’ve worked as a Nursery Nurse and a Family Support Worker, where I had the privilege of offering guidance and support to parents in their homes. I also enjoyed planning fun activities and helping track children’s development in their learning journals, which gave me a deeper understanding of each child's unique needs.
I’ve completed a parent training course to better understand child behavior, which helps me to support families more effectively. I’m great at creating routines and using structured play that’s suited to each child's developmental stage. My passion is to create a safe, happy environment for children while working closely with parents to help manage behaviors and encourage their little ones’ growth and confidence
