Booked for a Saturday with a weeks notice .. contacted her 2 days before to confirm .. then last min said she was ill . Not good enough sorry

I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused. The cancellation was due to unexpected illness, which was unavoidable. I understand this was frustrating, particularly with short notice, and I did inform you as soon as possible.
