My Experience
I currently work in a preschool setting with 2 to 4 year olds and also provide one-to-one support for children with special educational needs (SEND). I hold relevant childcare and SEND qualifications and have hands-on experience in both nursery environments and home-based care. My approach is gentle, consistent, and tailored to suit each child’s individual personality and needs.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 2 Certificate in Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), a Level 2 Certificate in Introducing Caring for Children and Young People, and a Level 4 Certificate of Higher Education in Primary Education with a Mathematics Specialism. I also have a current enhanced DBS check and up-to-date paediatric first aid training. These qualifications have equipped me with a strong understanding of child development, inclusive practice, and how to support children’s learning and wellbeing in both home and educational settings.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
My standard rate is £16 per hour, which reflects my experience, qualifications, and the high-quality care I provide. For more casual or occasional babysitting (such as evening sitting while children are asleep), I’m happy to offer a lower rate. For more involved care — such as daytime nannying, SEND support, or multiple children — rates may be slightly higher to reflect the level of responsibility.
