My Experience

I worked as a Party Host at Funstreet Soft Play Area for two years, a role that I thoroughly enjoyed. During that time, I developed excellent communication skills and gained valuable experience interacting with children of all ages, making sure they had a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience.

I've also looked after my two younger cousins, who are now 3 and 4 years old, which has boosted my confidence in taking care of young children.

I also completed three years in college studying Childcare and Social Services, gaining both knowledge and practical experience through nursery placements. I am currently finishing my degree through a full-time apprenticeship in a nursery, which I expect to finish in the next few months. This has allowed me to build on my skills and gain extensive hands-on experience in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

My Qualifications

I have completed my National 5s in English, Maths, and Art, and my National 4s in History, Biology, and Gaelic. I have finished my Level 5 NQ in Childcare and Social Services, and I am currently working on completing my Level 6, I am also a member of the PVG scheme and SSSC.

My Availability

My availability is on weekends and weekday evenings after work, as I am currently completing a full-time nursery apprenticeship. My working hours are 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, so I am available after 5:30 pm on weekdays and at any time during weekends.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My expected rate of pay is from £8.00 per hour, although I am happy to discuss this depending on the role and responsibilities.
