Mother of a lovely bubbly 16 month old.
My Requirements
Looking for someone to help look over my son whilst I am still around, working from home.
Ideally need someone to be very flexible with their schedule with at the beginning as I want to slowly transition my son to be looking after by 1 person whilst I work from home.
I am very open to the skills this person can offer, happy to speak to younger, less qualified individuals who are looking to gain experience with caring for a small toddler and I will still be close by and able to step in when necessary.
Initially I would want help for a couple of mornings, probably between 10am - 2pm. Then once we are both feeling comfortable with how my son is coping and settling in, then move to 3 days 8:30am - 12:30pm.
I am happy to be flexible on which mornings/afternoons work best for you.
