Wow!! Where do I even begin? My three year old daughter joined Panda cubs when they first opened in January 2025 and it was the best decision I made for her. As soon as you walk into panda cubs, it feels like home. It's decorated beautifully and on our first visit, my daughter happily took her shoes off and explored the environment with Clair and Nicky. I instantly knew, that this was going to be the next chapter for my daughter.

In a short period of time Clair and Nicky established a strong rapport with my daughter , knew her inside out, provided her with a range of experiences that supported her whole development and made sure that she was school ready! She really was ready for school and flourished in her new environment. I can't thank them both enough for the amazing impact that they had on her in such a period of time.

My son has been a panda cub for over a year and once again I couldn't imagine him anywhere else. As any parent knows returning after maternity leave is so difficult, but Clair and Nicky made this change so much easier than I had experienced before. He settled into pandas amazingly. They continued to support his weaning process perfectly - the food is delicious and always a variety. Even my daughter still talks about Panda meals!
Clair truly plans the best days for her cubs, everyday is different. She even plans the trips according to the child's interests or next steps. When I am at work, I don't feel guilty as I know my son is living his best life with his panda family visiting different places such as playgroup sessions, trentham gardens, peak wildlife, cinema, monkey forest, soft play and even swimming!! At different times of the year Clair takes the children to wow seasonal experiences and plans lovely craft activities which is always such a lovely keep sake.
Throughout the year, Clair informs you on your child's interests, progress and what their next steps are in their development. It's always done in a professional, friendly manner and if you have any questions clair answers them with her amazing eyfs knowledge! On collection, it's always great to see the children so immersed in their play with Clair, Nicky and Maria. They go above and beyond for their cubs and I know that my children have had the best start to their education. Thank you for being the absolute
