My name is Maddie, I’ve been working in childcare for around 3 years. I currently am a Room leader of a busy toddler room at a nursery in Reigate. I have previously worked in a 24 place baby room at the same nursery as the senioe. I am paediatric first aid trained, have a current DBS check and also my level 3 diploma qualification in Early years.
My Experience
I worked with up to 24 babies aged 6 months-2 years every day for 2 years, I have gained so much knowledge through my experience being senior of the baby room, from weaning to the EYFS framework. Now being room leader of a busy toddler room, my experience and knowledge has expanded further more, for example toilet training.
