About Me

Hello I have recently finished after many 12 years in NHS Emergency Services. I NHS and have embarked on new ventures. My favourite roles were always with babies, children and young people. I qualified as a Registered Sick Children Nurse and then as a Paediatric and Adult Nurse Practitioner in addition to being a Registered General Nurse. I also completed and qualified as a prescriber, so I am skilled in all aspects of medication and the various routes this might involve for example, oral, nasogastric, PEG and rectal, in addition to topical or inhaled medicines. I specialised in a number of healthcare settings in various children's services. In February I explored a custody role and underwent police vetting and an enhanced DBS, so you can be assured I'm the right choice if you're looking for honesty and a clean bill of life!
I’ve been enjoying pet sitting abroad as well and I’ve been having fun helping to look after other peoples babies and children. I’d love to become a modern day Mary Poppins

My Experience

I’ve had years of experience in paediatric and adult nursing in hospital and community settings. I’ve worked with families in homeless hostels, high dependency and special needs.
I had an 18 month stint in Western Australia in remote Aboriginal outback. I’m fit and healthy, enjoy outdoor activities and am very happy around pets.
I do Airbnb in my home and enjoy meeting new people and families
