About Me
Hello!
I and my partner Clem are looking for a lovely after-school nanny for our two kids.
I've made some notes below to give a little more detail.
Thanks for taking a look!

My Requirements
About our family:
- Winnie is seven and will be starting Year 3 in September; she is very creative and loves drawing, making things. She also enjoys gymnastics.
- Inno (short for Inigo) is four and will be starting in Reception this September. He adores vehicles, playing with cars, or arranging chairs in a row and pretending to be a train driver.
- The kids will both be at Gayhurst Community School, and we live in a flat around the corner overlooking London Fields
- We really value structure and routine for the kids; Inno is young for his year and likely to be very stimulated by the school day, so a calm and predictable afternoon will be important
- We're not strict, but we encourage table manners, politeness, and tidying up after playtime
- We also really encourage the kids to be mindful of the environment; we avoid buying lots of new or plastic toys, and try to play outside, with natural things as much as possible
- We mainly eat vegetarian food, especially during the week
- Clem and I are both architects, with our own practices
Who we're looking for:
- We'd like to find someone gentle, creative, calm and loving toward the kids
- Being able to prepare delicious meals, and enjoying kids getting involved in cooking, is essential!
- We'd like someone who is organised, punctual, reliable and communicative
- We are looking for a long-term nanny, for at least a 2-3 years, if not longer
- Ideally local, with flexibility to babysit occasionally
- Ideally French or Spanish speaking
- Two references
- DBS check
Routine:
- Pick up the kids from school at 3.30pm
- Take them to the park for snacks and playtime (Winnie will probably do a specialist club one evening, and will need to be picked up at 4.45pm)
- Come home and prepare an evening meal with them
- Do any homework or reading with them
- Handover at 6.30pm
- Occasionally stay later and put them to bed, if we're out
