About Me
Welcome to Curious Hearts, My name is Lauren Anderson i have over 14 years early years childcare experience, my Passion truly is ensuring that children develop strong foundations in their early years. I believe children learn best when they are encouraged to explore and discover at their own pace, developing their interests in a warm and nurturing environment. Play is at the heart of my approach as it’s more than just fun, it is a powerful way for young children to build their essential skills. By also fostering curiosity I aim to create lifelong love of learning and help each child become confident, independent and resilient young people.
My Experience
I have over 14 years early years experience
I started early years as an apprentice, followed by 3 years of working as an early years practitioner, 2 years as a Nursery SENDCO, 4 Years as a Nursery Room Leader, 4 Years in Early years Management.
My Qualifications
Level 2, 3 and 5 in children and young peoples workforce.
My Availability
Waiting list for April 2026, contact me to be placed on list
My Fees
- Childminding from £8.25 per hour
There will be a £12 additional fee for school drop off & pick up plus hourly rate
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at La Salette Catholic Primary School
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Rainham Village Primary School
