About Me
Working mother with two kids, my son is 10, and my daughter is 6 and has an autism diagnosis They both attend primary school a 5 minute walk away from our home in Little Common. We also have two large dogs who are incredibly friendly but appreciate not everyone is keen on dogs so want to be clear they will be around and very likely to want cuddles too!
My Requirements
I am looking for ad hoc childminding help for when I need to go to my work office in London, so am looking for someone who could ideally help with getting the kids ready and taking them to Little Common school and/or picking them up at 3 and being with them until I get back from work. Usually it’s either a Tuesday or Thursday every other week but may need some flexibility, I usually get a few weeks notice of when I need to be in London.
Both kids are pretty self-sufficient and have a well established bedtime routine (I.e daughter takes herself up at 6), happy for you to take them out or stay at home. Help with reading homework would be great, or just playing games - whatever suits best on the day, and I will pay expenses for everyone’s ice creams and whatnot.
It would be amazing to be able to have an evening to myself on occasion! Always discussed and agreed in advance, based on your availability. If easier, I’d be happy for the childminder to message me their potential availability monthly in advance as my childcare needs aren’t set in stone and can be flexible.
