Live Out Nanny

Looking for daytime childcare for our 21 month old where he can also spend lots of time outside exploring. My husband works shifts, so some flexibility would be great if possible (we can share this months in advance if needed for planning). Ideally need childcare from 9-5pm on adhoc requirements on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
