My name is Leanne (26 years old) and I have a passion for working with children. I am currently studying a MSc in Speech and Language Therapy at UCL. With over 4 years of experience with kids, I have had the pleasure of caring for kids of all ages. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
I love playing games and doing arts and crafts to reading stories and exploring the outdoors. At the same time, I am also skilled though my Bachelors and Masters degree in helping with homework and encouraging educational play.
I am reliable, responsible, and always punctual. I also have an enhanced DBS certificate. I understand the importance of communication and happy to keep you updated on your child's day.

My Experience
I have lots of experience working with and looking after children with different needs in various settings. I have worked in a high school (11-16 years old) with SEN children as a Specialised teacher assistant as well as two years experience working at the charity Sense with a Cerebral palsy teenager. I have lots of babysitting experience with my two younger sisters, a 5 year old niece, and various family friend's younger children (2-15 years old). On my course I am currently on placement working with early year children (0-5).
My Qualifications
Currently, studying MSc Speech and Language Therapy at UCL.
(1st) Ba Linguistics from the University of Manchester.
I have an Enhanced DBS check.
Completed safeguarding training through SENSE and Manchester Communication Academy.
Completed the Statutory and Mandatory Training (SMT) for NHS placements.
My Availability
I am at uni and placement:
9:00 - 17:00 (Mons - Weds)
9:00 - 13:00 (Thus)
So, I am free around this schedule.

- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
