My Experience

I have cared for children aged 5 and upwards. I recently cared for a 17-year-old-girl with cerebral palsy on holiday, living in with her and her family. During this time, I assisted with a range of tasks, including nappy changing, assisting her with meal time, and providing emotional support. I developed a strong understanding of how to communicate effectively and offer both physical and emotional care tailored to her individual needs

My Qualifications

Although I don’t currently have any official babysitting qualifications, I have cared for children whose families would be happy to provide a reference. This includes caring for friends' younger siblings as I was growing up. Over the last two summers, I have been a live-in holiday carer for a 17-year-old girl with cerebral palsy. She required extensive attention, as the role required adult nappy changing, help with meal times, bathing, toiletry assistance, and companionship. It was important to provide her with the correct level of care, whilst also assisting generally with care and activities with her younger brothers.

My Availability

I am looking to start any babysitting or nannying jobs from July 2026 onwards. I will have graduated by then, so this could extend beyond September if needed. I can be available 7 days a week, very flexible with whatever hours you need me to work.

My Fees
