About Me

My name is Georgina and I live in the village of Charfield with my partner, our two wonderful children, and our much-loved pets — Lola, our gentle golden retriever, and Miley, our friendly cat. Our home is a busy, happy place where children are welcomed as part of the family and encouraged to feel comfortable and confident.

I am passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I believe that children learn best through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences, and I love supporting their curiosity as they discover the world around them.

Charfield is a lovely village with a strong community spirit. We are fortunate to have access to local parks, scenic walking routes, and fantastic playgroups. I enjoy taking the children out regularly so they can explore nature, develop their physical skills, and socialise with other children. Outdoor play and fresh air are an important part of our daily routine.

My home setting has been carefully organised to support children’s development and well-being. I provide a warm, homely environment with a variety of toys, books, and activities that encourage creativity, imagination, and learning. Children are supported to develop independence, confidence, and important social skills while having fun.

I believe that strong partnerships with parents are essential. I work closely with families to ensure each child’s individual needs are met, and I aim to create a supportive and trusting relationship where parents feel confident and involved in their child’s learning and development.
