I have experience caring for three children aged 8, 5 and 18 months, which has helped me develop strong multitasking, patience, and organisational skills. In this role, I was responsible for supporting the children’s daily routines including; school drop off and pick up, meal preparation, naps, playtime, and maintaining a safe and structured environment.
Caring for multiple young children at once taught me how to balance each child’s needs ensuring they each receive individual attention and care.
My role also involved planning age-appropriate activities such as reading, creative play, and outdoor time to support their development and keep them engaged.
Through this experience, I developed a good understanding of early childhood needs and the importance of creating a calm, nurturing, and positive atmosphere.
