About Me

I am qualified (Master's Degree and QTS) and experienced Maths & English tutor offering online and in-person lessons after school and on weekends. I am patient, caring, and supportive, and I can work well with learners who have low confidence in their abilities or feel exam stress. I am also qualified to work with SEN and children with social, emotional, and mental health needs. I also work well with students who are ambitious and want to improve and learn in greater depth. Lessons are for students from school year 5 to year 11. Online or in person. General tuition, or preparation for SATs, GCSEs, Functional skills.

My Experience

My experience includes both primary and secondary education. I currently work in secondary education and I teach maths and English language and prepare students for GCSEs and Functional skills. I am passionate about teaching and I do the tuition besides my main job. I have great experience in online tuition.

My Qualifications

I have a Master's Degree in Education and a Qualified Teacher Status.
I specialised in English language and literature and Russian language and literature.
I have certificate in Montessori teaching of maths.
I completed courses and have certificates for teaching SEN students.

My Availability

I am available in after school hours - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and on the weekends. I also offer tuition during school holidays in the daytime - that is for students who need an extra boost. You can also book the tuition with a friend and get a better deal.
