Rachel is truly brilliant. She has looked after all three of our children and she has been nothing short of exceptional, particularly with our youngest who is with Rachel four days a week. Rachel takes the children out most days, in all weathers, and the progress in our youngest child’s speech and physical development has soared through the plethora of activities and outings Rachel takes her on. Before meeting Rachel, my husband and I were wary to use a childminder after an awful experience with one we had previously used but Rachel was very understanding, offering reassurance and regular updates and she has treated our children like an extension of her own family. Rachel really engages with all the children in her care and it’s abundantly clear how much the children enjoy being in her company. We greatly value Rachel and her gentle and nurturing approach to looking after our children and she really is nothing short of outstanding.
